Paprika (capsicum annuum) is a
new kind of peppers that are
known and cultivated in
Indonesia. This plant originated
from South America. The fruit is
big and fat like a bell, it was not
spicy, but slightly sweet. The fruit
is green, yellow, red, or purple is
often used as a mixed salad.

overseas, including Japan and
Taiwan.
In the paprika contained vitamin
C, vitamin A, vitamin B6, folic
acid, and beta-carotene. Based
on the research, the materials
contained by Paprika has a
protective effect against cancer,
high cholesterol, coronary heart
disease (CHD), stroke, and
diabetes mellitus; improve sperm
quality; as well as antioxidants.
